Smarty the elf

Smarty was designed when Stevie was in 8th grade and has become a staple in really fun entertainment

across Pennsylvania and beyond through the years. Many different acts, magic, storytelling and puppets

have created a magical performance for all ages. No matter what age you are, everyone likes Smarty. 

Known as the Director of Operations for the North Pole, he's Santa's most important elf. Why?

Smarty has to travel around ensuring kids of all ages believe in Santa and bring enough magic to the holiday

season in order for Santa's sleigh to fly. It's crucial that Smarty gets as many kids as possible onto the Nice list

before the big day.
